Allowing Youth in DFPS Conservatorship to Use Firearms for Hunting (PATS 1352)
The following item was revised to clarify the criteria that must be met before a youth in DFPS conservatorship is permitted to use firearms for hunting. The criteria includes a requirement that youth who are age 12 and older are required to take the Texas Parks and Wildlife Gun Safety Course. See:
