APS In-Home and Alleged Perpetrator Access (PATS 10357)

When information reported to SWI indicates the alleged perpetrator no longer has access to the client or no longer has the opportunity to harm the client, the intake specialist assesses an intake. APS In-Home needs to investigate to determine if the information reported is accurate and that the client is, in fact, safe. See:
