This revision of the Statewide Intake Policy and Procedures Handbook was published on October 15, 2020. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Reports and I&Rs (PATS 12157)
The new 2000 section of the SWI Handbook covers standard information about the completion of reports and addresses specific issues about reports and assessments.
The new 3000 section focuses on I&Rs, explanations of the different types and when they are used as well as instructions for completing IMPACT fields.
