Metroplex West (Region 3W)
About Metroplex West
The Metroplex West community was, for many years, divided into both DFPS legacy and Community Based Care, known as 3W and 3b. However, in 2024 all 10 counties were reunited. Metroplex West is comprised of the following 10 counties in and around Fort Worth: Cooke, Denton, Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise.
The Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) responsible for the full continuum of care and case management in these counties Our Community Our Kids (OCOK). Visit the Our Community Our Kids (OCOK) website to learn about them.
