Time Frame for Reissuance of Permit

Policy in the following items of the handbook has been updated to include the change in the time that Licensing must wait before issuing a permit to a child day care provider from two to five years, if that provider has their permit revoked or denied on or after September 1, 2009. Reorganization of Section 3000

This revision of the Licensing Policy and Procedures Handbook (LPPH) was originally published on November 3, 2008. The revision was posted without being edited by the Center for Policy and Innovation (CPI) because of time constraints affecting the Licensing program. This republication contains the November 3, 2008 revision with the recommendations of CPI staff.
