Item 4145 is revised to:

  •   reflect recent changes in the minimum standards; and

  •   clarify and reorganize the content.

Item 4145.1 is added to comply with Texas Human Resources Code §42.04431, which requires CCL to investigate when a municipal or county fire inspector reports deficiencies in a child day care operation. The law became effective on September 1, 2011.
