The LPPH Section 6000 has been rewritten and reorganized in its entirety.
Controlling Person Policies for IT Rollout Phase II (PATS 5717)
The Licensing Policy and Procedures Handbook (LPPH) is updated to be consistent with changes made in CLASS and the Public and Provider system for the Controlling Person Phase II IT project that was developed as part of implementation of SB 1178 (82nd Legislature). The changes to the policy outline how staff handle online submissions of controlling person (CP) information. In addition, the three CP form letters currently on the DFPS automated desktop will be put into CLASS and the LPPH is being updated to reflect this change.
