Handbook Revision, October 2, 2018
On October 2, 2018, the Child Care Investigations Handbook replaced the Licensing Policy and Procedures Handbook (LPPH). The Licensing branch of CCL was transferred to HHSC on September 1, 2017, though the LPPH was supported by DFPS for another year. When HHSC published their own handbook the LPPH was replaced.
No changes to policy and procedure were made, so at this time the CCI handbook still duplicates the most recent version of the LPPH.
