Processing CCI Multiple Referral Investigations (PATS 13522)
This policy supports technology updates to IMPACT that will provide a streamlined process for evaluation of the frequency of investigations at a child care operation. Similar to CPI multiple referral investigations, CCI’s multiple-referral indicator highlights investigations that may require closer scrutiny of people in charge at an operation to gauge any systemic issues resulting in more frequent allegations.
