Supervisor Review Time Frames and Storing Investigation Files (PATS 13713)

Minor corrections have been made to support prior changes to CCI policy about digital storage of case information and time frames for supervisors. Section 1431 is renumbered and updated to remove the requirement to upload duplicate photos to the External Documents tab in IMPACT. Section 6110 is renumbered and updated to reflect the change in supervisor review time frames from 15 days to five days.

CCI Handbook Reorganization (PATS 13673)

This update reorganizes the CCI Handbook and renumbers existing policy sections to make use of section numbers formerly occupied by outdated regulatory policy, most of which was removed from the CCI Handbook in November 2021 (PATS 13544 and 13581). See the tables below documenting the new policy locations.

This revision does not make any changes to policy content, other than removing some sections of outdated regulatory policy that were not removed in November 2021.
