Permanency Planning Instrument (PPI) (PATS 2447)
The item below is revised to add policy regarding the use of the Permanency Planning Instrument (PPI) (Form 6578). This form is used in compliance with the SB 368 requirement to report to HHSC.
CPS staff were informed of this policy with the issuance of PSA 06-107 on July 31, 2006.
