Review of Certain Cases of When a Child Dies (PATS 5617)
The items below are revised and added to reflect that cases are eligible for the following reviews, if the cases are designated as Reason to Believe (RTB) Fatal:
• Regional Child Death Review Committee;
• Child Death with Prior CPS History: Occurred in Region Without CPS History (this review occurs when a child who died in a region where he or she has no CPS history does have a history in another region).
