After-Hours Phone Coverage for DSHS
The items below are revised to clarify handling of reports that are under the investigative jurisdiction of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Because the contract for SWI to provide after-hours telephone coverage for the DSHS complaint line was not renewed for this fiscal year (FY 2010), SWI will not provide after-hours phone coverage for DSHS.
