Report Identification Number (PATS 11072)

The item below is revised to state that reporters no longer need to provide both a first and last name in order to receive a report ID number. SWI may give reporters the report ID number when the reporter provides a first or last name, and either:

  •   a means of contact; or

  •   a means locating.
