"On any given day, there are approximately 30,000 children in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services," says Commissioner Hank Whitman. "These children need loving homes and supportive communities of people who want to get involved.  I encourage you to attend this upcoming faith-based regional summit.":

Involved Summit: Every Church, Every Child
Wednesday, June 7, 2017

The summit is hosted by the North Texas District of the Assemblies of God, faith-based community partners, child placing agencies, and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). During the summit, we will discuss the ways that you can become involved beyond fostering and adoption.
