Policy
\DFPS staff are not authorized to provide references for a past or current contractor/vendor. Established methods for soliciting information from vendors regarding past performance on an IT Project or contracted service with DFPS must be used. Additional sources of information about contractor performance are:
- Vendor Performance Tracking System (VPTS)
- Comptroller of Public Accounts Debarred Vendor List
- Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Taxable Entity Search
- Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Vendor Hold Search
DFPS contract staff utilize VPTS to report vendor performance.
