DFPS mitigates both agency and client risk by ensuring adequate insurance requirements are included in procurements and contracts; and that contractor’s insurance coverage is verified throughout the term of the contract.
DFPS requires all non-governmental entities to carry adequate insurance coverage which are broken down by:
- Specified insurance coverage by service type, and
- Standard insurance coverage requirements as documented within the Uniform Terms and Conditions (UTCs).
