DFPS published operating policy HR-5000 DFPS Standards of Ethical Conduct on February 1, 2019. (The policy was on the DFPS intranet from this date until August 2020.)
Before this publication, DFPS was subject to the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Ethics Policy.
