Determining Liability When Property Is Missing or Stolen (PATS 6467)
The items below are revised to clearly illustrate what is meant by the reasonable care of equipment. The clarification is intended to help staff understand how DFPS determines whether reasonable care was taken and whether a person was negligent and is therefore liable.
