Changes to PCS Criminal History Chart (PATS 10112)
PCS Criminal History Chart is being changed to reflect the effects of TPC 12.44(b) on certain charges as well as certain enhanced penalties for specific Intoxication related charges (as outlined in TPC 49.09).
