This policy revision clarifies the criteria for a Non-FPS Criminal Matter Referred to Law type of I&R.

This policy revision deletes the reference to I&R CVS Worker Notifications since the county selection is irrelevant for these types of I&Rs.

Documenting Reports of Staff Sleeping While on Duty (PATS 00173)
This policy revision removes the existing language in this section and replaces it with a table that provides guidance for assessing and documenting intakes about staff sleeping while on duty supervising children at a residential child care facility that provides 24-hour supervision.
