Handbook Revision, June 2014
This revision of the DFPS Travel Services Handbook was published on June 6, 2014. Summaries of new or revised items are provided below.
Travel Policy (PATS 6762)
The DFPS Travel Services Handbook is revised in its entirety to:
• incorporate policy changes that were communicated to staff through the Travel News and DFPS email broadcasts;
• add accounting-related examples, for clarification;
• provide additional information on eTravel, the new online system for processing travel claims;
• provide information on the implementation of the eTravel system and updates to it on advance travel; and
• add information on the travel authorization system.
All sections of the handbook are affected.
