Removing CLASS Access Without an eMAC

The item below is revised to state that the designated CCL program specialist in state office may direct staff in the data integrity area of Program Support to remove staff access to CLASS for lack of use. Previously, the only option available was a requirement for the supervisor, director, or manager to complete an eMAC. This revision also specifies that Management Reporting and Statistics (MRS) provides CCL with a report of persons who have not used CLASS in the last 90 days, not the Data Integrity Unit.
